Easy tips and equipment for making Paper-craft

 At the age of five or six I learned how to make a paper boat from my friend. I made that boat with a white paper of my note book. In that time, I didn’t need colorful origami paper or any origami tools. I believe you don’t need any tools to fold paper. You need your hand, a piece of paper, and a surface to fold on. It is an art of simplicity. You can do it at home, you can do it at bus or train, you can do it in a restaurant. Origami mainly depends on imagination and creativity, your own imagination creates the limit of origami.But origami can be more fun and easier with some tools.

Color Paper

Origami paper: There are various types of origami paper. They vary from price, size, color and quality. Origami paper can be large, small, square or round shape. You can use white or different color paper. Different colors will suit different projects. Traditional papers such as chiyogami paper or washi paper can be very useful in origami. If you want you can make your own origami paper.

Scissor & Pencil

Paper cutter and scissor is needed in origami. You need to use paper cutter and scissor for perfect shape of color paper.You need different shapes of color paper for making different types of paper-craft. Specially A-4 size paper and square size paper is mostly used. In this reason , getting perfect shape of paper you need paper cutter and scissor. You can use glue if you are not making traditional origami.

To store and organize origami paper you will need origami paper storage. Zip lock bags, divided portfolios, trays and shelves can be used as storage.

Folding bones are used by most of people. These tools help fold, crease and score paper. In the past they are made from cow, deer bones. Today, they are made of plastic, Teflon, bamboo or wood.
